I have two workbooks Wb1 & Wb2.
The wb1 is has a userform and I can have the userform visible while the sheet cells are selected. So, the userform can display the cells values of the sheets that I have selected.
However, I cannot have the same userform in modeless form and select the Wb2.
Is there a way for this ?

You need to provide more information as I was able to show a modeless userform and select cells from 2 different workbooks.
