Excel Function Returning No Value

Hello! Terribly sorry to bother with such a simple question, but my VBA skills are a tad rusty. I am trying to make a function that is passed a letter, for example P, and then returns either a 1 or 0 depending on the letter passed. For some reason, when I run my function I am left with a blank cell. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You need to put quotes around the P and T to make them text values. As you have it, they are undeclared variable names.
