    Workbooks don't usually 'move'.

Can you give us a bit more detail about your problem?

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

If you move around them with the mouse

The problem is like this: I got a sheet that I frezze row and column. But I would like to have a row at the top with a header and a few buttons. But they will disappear when you scroll. How can I solve the problem?

    You might try...
    - Move and size the buttons to fit in the frozen rows or columns.
    or
    - Unfreeze the rows and format your data as a table. With a table, the column headers should automatically show up as you scroll down.

A good rule of thumb with spreadsheets is to first get the data to reliably return what you need, and then dress it up to look good afterwards.
