DATE/TIME Stamp based on last entry in range of cells

On the attached, I want to record a date/time stamp in column F based on the date/time the last entry was recorded in the range of cells H:AA.

    i.e. if I manually type 95 in cell X2 today, I want F2 to say 10/06/2020
