VBA to convert RSS data

I'm bringing in RSS Feeds through a data source, but one column of data, PubDate, is coming in as this format: Mon, 13 Apr 2020 16:11:08 GMT. I need this to be in date format.
I'm not able to format the cell - nothing changes no matter what I change it to. I can change through text to column, but as soon as data is refreshed, any formatting is lost.

How can I use VBA code to convert this text to date format of dd/mm/yy and in local time, not GMT? Or any recommendations on keeping formatting of the cells when data refreshes? It data doesn't come in as a pivot table, so those options won't apply.
