Question General question regarding Excel VBA Code Cleaner Add-in

In the process of searching for solutions while programming in VBA, I came across something called Excel VBA Code Cleaner add-in. The only ones I see on the Internet are extremely old, so I first question if they are viable for Excel 2019? Second, are there any opinions or has anyone heard of these before? Last, if there are any more recent versions?

From what I have read, it would remove any instances or remnants of code left behind during programming and make things run faster.

Re: General question regarding Excel VBA Code Cleaner Add-in

The removal of remnant code and VBE relics is done simply by exporting and importing of the code module.
So you can do it manually or use code/add-in. The add-in works now as well as it ever has, although there is no 64bit version.

Thanks for the reply. I did not realize that just exporting and importing would basically do the same thing and clean up the code.

Last night as I was searching for more information regarding Code cleaners, I found one called 'Ribbon Commander'.

It does support windows 10 and both 32 and 64 bit versions of office. It initially says that it support Excel/office versions: Office 2010, 2013, 2016, 365 (32 / 64 bit. I sent them an email and am waiting for a reply or if it is compatible with Office2019.
It is NOT a freeware version, and has a yearly subscription cost of 30 dollars. It apparently supports multiple languages and seems to have a lot of other stuff.

Once I get a reply from them, I will add another thread to this post. In the meantime, has anyone else heard of or used this 'Ribbon Commander'?
