To Select Max of 3 Days

Hi Users,

I need a help. There are 5 (Days) Columns from Sun-Thu, employees were asked to work max for 3 days.

In case, if we try to input data (Number 1) for the 4th day, an error message to pop up saying "only 3 days can be filled". Employees will work any of the 3 days in the week.

You can use data validation for that.
Select B2:F5 & in data validation select Custom & use
=COUNT($B2:B2)<=3
