Insert new row(s) based on the number of selections made in data validation list

See the attached workbook for reference.

I need to have a row or rows inserted below based on the number of selections made from a drop down list under column I. There are a total of three options the user can select. If the user selects all three options, I need three rows inserted below. If they select two, I need two rows inserted.

I found VBA code to create multiple selections from a data validation list.
