Move row from one table to another based on cell value

Okey i have a question,

i would like to move a row from one table to another based on cell value if a cell value goes from 1 to 0.

Both tables are in the same activesheet.

Have been trying to write a code but not succeeded.. appreciate any tips!

Would be nice to make it go in reverse as well, if i type "0" in the secound table it will move the row back to the first table.
