Evaluate sumproduct with cell value returning #value error

Hi there, think this is a simple problem but can't find an answer in google because I'm not sure what to call the problem.

The code:

Returns a #value error

formula works if I am to hardcode the customerCode in double brackets with whatever string I wish, for example:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

Will work but not when trying to pass in a variable as string.

What's the, most likely, simple work around?

When you use double quote, you need to add extra double quotes.
