VB Code to change the content of cell if it meets criteria

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.

I need VB Code to do following.
If value in column A is "Store1" and corresponding value is column i is "3500" then i need to change text in corresponding cell in column E to be "Rental Income"
In atatched file, cell E8 needs to chnage to "Rental Income"

Thanks a lot, this works

Is there a way to modify the code so that to search text "Deposit" in column E and iif it finds then replace the full text with "Deposit"

This will help clean up my data.
