Macro Help - Using a macro to creat x extra rows

    Hey All,

I'm having a little trouble figuring out the best way to approach an excel problem, please can anyone help?

Problem - I'm trying to create an excel based purchase order system, I want to fill out a basic form (date, product number, description, unit price, currency, supplier etc) & then run a macro, which will take that form and populate it into a table format, for the purpose of uploading as a CSV file.

The trouble I have, I want multiple forms to go into one daily table. I know how to copy each form over if it's one row, but when you I have multiple rows of data, I'm not sure how to add the data to the bottom/top in this instance. How would I get the macro to check if the previous row has data and skips the row / only copies over if the rows are blank?

    Hi, Kronos999,

do you need the table right away or could you work with a range and add a table at the end of the day? Please find the link to https://jkp-ads.com/Articles/Excel2007TablesVBA.asp where nearly all things for tables and their use with VBA are explained.
