Macro List that does not belong in it

Is there like a sub macro to check a department that does not belong in a column A2:A41, C2:C41, E2:E41, G2:G41. These columns are an item number. I did not list the entire columns. Its huge.
In column B2:B41, D2:D41, F2;F41, H2:H41. These columns where I list the departments. The department that only should list there are 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 30, 35 and no other than these departments. It randomnly entered but sometimes for some reason there are some department was listed by mistakes.

So I was thinking that if I click the button for the macro then it will check to see if there are any department that does not belong in columns B2:B41, D2:D41, F2;F41, H2:H41.

What I was trying to accomplish is that 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 30, 35 if its different other than this number it will probably let me know what cells or maybe highlight.
