Insert picture from directory on the base of cell value

Assalam.O.Alaikum,
Hello everyone,
I hope all of you will be fine and have good health. I create an excel sheet for employees registration.
I have made all things but a macro is required to insert pics of employees i.e photo and CNIC (front and back).
Please see attached file and kindly help me to create "Employees Registration Form".
There is two different folders of pics and CNIC.

Cell value is c6 in in sheet1(Appointment Form).....

I hope you understand my question.

pics are not deleting when cell value c delete

some pics is not fitted in size, because some are large in size..
I want to get fixed size pics in this form.

Dear sir,
Your code is working but need some modification given below.
1. If i delete value in cell c6 delete these pics as i insert by value c6.(currently these pics are not deleting)
2. I need fixed size of images in sheet, some images have large size and not fitting in photo area.
3. If any image missed in folder "PICS" other images are not showing i.e of "CNIC".

Your picture names are 1111 where as the test record is 11111, so you need to change the test record in order to get the correct images to load.
