Delete Listbox Selections from Multiple Worksheets Populated from Dropdown

Good people of the forum,

With the below code I can delete a selected item from the listbox. Problem I have is that I only know how to reference one worksheet at a time. How do I make it so that I can delete from any of the dropdown selections? Also, once it deletes from the worksheet, I want it gone from the listbox as well. Code is below and file is attached. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
