Error handling not working........ Working on First error instance but not on 2nd instanc

Error handling working for the 1st instance but not for the 2nd instance. Exactly same code is used. Please see the debug screenshot with comments.

There are 3 Arrays.

Array 1 -> Array_common
Array 2 -> Array_In_OnenotTwo
Array 3 -> Array_In_TwonotOne

Array 1 --> NOT BLANK.
Array 2 --> BLANK.
Array 3 --> BLANK.

My aim was to find number of elements in each array and i thought of looping the array using UBOUND.

Array 2 --> Since its blank , it successfully goes to the tag ERR2.

Array 3--> Since it is blank, it shall goto tag ERR 3. But instead it gives error "Subcript out of range".

If array handling at Array 2 is working why not same code ar Array 3 working ??

Since your problem description was so thorough, could you share your solution so if someone with a similar problem finds this in a search they might get some hints?
