Trying to resolve two issues, one with queries the other modifying query source

I have an excel workbook where I have sheets for months Jan through Dec. As part of a backup routine I export data from these sheets to CSV files.

When I want to import these sheets, initially I created this within my own user profile, so the query path reflects my username in the source path. I would like to do two things, first be able to alter the query source so that it will work for any user that is logged in at the time, thus making the file distributable to other users. I have extracted the queries to a worksheet that I will attach to this post. The second thing would be able to activate the queries from the excel sheet where they are extracted to, but I have not found a way to do that either?
