Macro that lets me choose a value in a data set to put in a new sheet

I want to make a macro that has an input box that lets me choose a condition number so that when I input the number, it copies and pastes the smallest and largest data sets into a new sheet like the attached excel sheet example. Thank you for your help!

When you say largest and smallest data set, do you want the line with the lowest/highest absolute value or average values?
