Inverting data sort - 1 object : many users into 1 user: many objects

The excel sheet I currently have contains ~500 records which looks something like the attached:

How can I invert this to group the objects by user?

    User2 O1
    O3
    O4

Any suggestions? A cell with the users names could have up to 30 names. Just the logic of how I'd do this is boggling me.

Do I need to code this or could it be done with pivot tables?

    Hi Noewon,

In your sample file, you have "User1" & User 1" .. These are considered two different users. I have attached a sample workbook for your reference. Let me know if this is what you're looking for

    Thanks for the reply

Yep, you've pretty much nailed it. User 1 and User1 were intended to be the same thing, just a typo when I was bashing out the example.
