VBA to transfer downloaded daily schedule to another workbook

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to simplify a daily task i have, and i am not having much luck. I download my crews schedule from maximo every day to excel, run a macro on it to delete some rows & columns, then i run another macro to change text to uppercase. I have five crews in my schedule, i would like a macro to move the tasks for each crew to their location in the shift report workbook. I have an example of my start and ending point in the attached workbooks.
