Creating & Linking a list of Active X checkboxes

I was given a project at work without much time or the ability to say no.

What I am trying to do is make a macro that will create an Active X checkbox in each cell that is selected and have it linked to the cell directly on the right.

So if I have Cells A:1 to A:20 selected it would create 20 active x checkboxes, 1 in each row of cells A:1 to A:20, and link them to the cooresponding cells B:1 to B:20

Ideally the checkboxes would be the same height and width of the cell they are created in, have no name or just "Check", and have the move and size with cells property for each created checkbox.

I would really appreciate any help you all could give as I'm still in a pinch here! I looked thoroughly on the internet and I'm having serious trouble finding something that can do this.
