    Change number to be highlight

i have a excel file and want to know how to do the following with vb Code

On line A2 I have a number 0.00003240 (this number change a few times a day.

On the rest below (I cannot get them to show 0.0000000, they don't want to work, i must make them 0,00000000

Want I need is if the number on A2 is 0.00003240, then all the number just that the same or less must be changed to a color, so if I change A2 to 0.00000123 then all the bottom ones must only show
    0.00000123 or less..

Is this possible, if so how do I do it with VB

Re: Change number to be highlight

I placed the cursor in B4 cell and extended the selection to cover the rest of the data.

Then opened Conditional Formatting and used the below formula to highlight the less than data.

    Formula: copy to clipboard

Thank you, but when I open your file, I cannot see any one of the columns or rows that are highlighted, and when I change A2 value, the rule disappears
