Compare two tables and transfer data to different tables based on conditions.

Can anybody help in developing code for Comparing two tables and transfer data to different tables based on conditions.

Conditions:-
1 If 'code' shown in col. A matches with code shown in col. H then only "code" will transfer to table " MATCHED
ENTRIES(on 'code' creteria)" on Sheet2
2 If 'code' shown in col. A does not match with code shown in col. H full unmatched row will transfer to table "ENTRIES
FOUND IN TABLE-1 BUT NOT FOUND IN TABLE-2" on Sheet2
3 If 'code' shown in col. H does not match with 'code' shown in col.A full unmatched row will transfer to table "ENTRIES
FOUND IN TABLE-2 BUT NOT FOUND IN TABLE-1" on Sheet2
4 If 'code' shown in col. A matches with code shown in col. H but amount shown under "amt" heading in both tables
does not match then only "code" and "amt" of both tables will transfer to "ENTRIES FOUND IN BOTH TABLES BUT
'amt' NOT MATCHED" table on sheet2
Expected result is filled up in attached sample sheet.

I have always found solution to my code problems in this forum.
