copy data to different start row

Hi guys am using the below code to transfer Columns of data from sheet "EmployeeData" to Sheet "TrainingData", this all works fine but i would like when the data is transfered for the data to start on Row 3, i need to do it as columns as the data constantly changes, any help appreciated

You can find the last row, then set the ranges to equal each other
