VBA Code to Filter and Copy Visible Rows and Paste in another Sheet

Dear Friends,

Please Refer Attached Worksheets

Raw Report: This is a Raw ERP Download

Data Base: From the Raw Report we want to select only particular data and paste it here

Macro Criteria:

I would need a Macro suggestion, which would help to proceed with achieving below steps.
1. Apply Filter for Row3 (VBA Should validate is there already a Filter exist, If So No Action Required. If no Filter Exists, then Auto Filter to applied)
2. Now, VBA To Filter for “Need” Value from “AB3” Cell
3. While copying visible cells, Macro should ensure the value getting copied from very next visible Row (After Row 3), which Keeps vary based on “AB3 Text Content”
4. Now the Filtered Value must be copied (Visible Cells Only)
5. Go to database, Column I search to last empty Row and paste special values the copied Raw Data into this
