As I have explained to you before, Jorel, this is a HELP forum. The idea is that you ask for help to solve an issue: this means that you tell us what you have tried and we guide you to correct what you have come up with and help you to understand how to do something similar in future.

For years now you have been coming here and presenting us with briefs: I want this to do that. You rarely (if ever) have a starting point - no code, no formula that you have tried. If you don't want to do any of the work yourself (and you have openly admitted that you don't), then you should be prepared to offer some payment. To do this, you buy credits and post in the Commercial Services section.

The free forum is for help and advice: the idea is that you come with a work in progress, with which you've got stuck, or a "how do I do x, y or z" - the key word in this is "I" and the idea is that you do the work with our help, and learn improved Excel skills along the way. This does not describe what you do, does it?
