Hi guys, not sure if what i am asking is possible, but here goes, i need to match a record from one sheet based on 4 criteria, assign a letter based on one of the criteria and insert it in the relevant cell on a second sheet, i have attached a workbook explaining what i am looking to achieve, if the layout on the second sheet needs to be altered thats fine.

Explain exact steps and perhaps we can solve together...sintek, you are a genius, i did have the employee names already in the sheet, but not a problem, i can figure something out to show a list of employees who have not been checked
Hi sintek, just a quick query, like i said before the code works fine the only problem i have is when i try to conditional format a line appears from A6 TO AA7, it only happens when i apply the CF, any ideas how to remove it??

Cannot see as no sample file...You need to understand that we cannot perceive a situation that you see and refer to...Could be infinite possibilities...
