What does "Exception Occured" Mean?

I have written the code of my application and am now testing it. All has been well until this morning when out of the blue came a window containing the words "Exception Occurred". Now every time I change the state of an object (ranging from a pair of Option Buttons to the Close cross) I get this message.
I have no clue as to what is causing this. How can I go about finding out?

You might download and run AppsPro Code Cleaner. It exports all of the code modules, saves as an xlsx file (i.e., macro-free), and then imports all the code modules and saves as xlsm. Cleans up junk p-code.
