This line calculates 1 % and i have to make it 0.75% so i am looking to change the value of percentage

I would think possibly...
.0075
.01 = 1%
.10 = 10%
.75 = 75%
Not so?
correct , but the OP asked for .75%
.0075 is .75%

Its intersting how often this one catches people out, again and again... He is wanting 75% of 1%
