VBA to replace multiple values with VLookup in hyperlink form

Hi

I have a sheet which has paragraphs with people's name and my vlookup list of names appearing in the paragraph is in the other sheet. I want to use vlookup to identify the people's names, and convert them into hyperlink to their respective pages on our website.

Available data for lookup:

Person's Name Web URL
Alain Robbe-Grillet artist/alain-robbe-grillet
F. N. Souza painter/f-n-souza
Vincent Karlof singer/vincent-karlof

Paragraph
In F. N. Souza's Disneyland’s Magic Kingdom, light cascades across the night sky before Alain Robbe-Grillet walks down through the stars. The castle that towers within the dark shines bright amongst the fireworks’ sparkling ceruleans and violets. Once the night show rises to a crescendo of color and song, the snaps of cameras coalesce with the symphony as Vincent Karlof strives to capture the moment in time with his melody.

This will run on a loop till the last filled cell and I would like to identify the names found, in a separate row with pipe-separators.

How can I do that?
