show the contents of one combo box in another combox

Hi, I have an issue with what I thought would be a simple form. My form contains 2 combo boxes and and 4 text boxes. I get my values for the 2 combo boxes from dropdown lists, which is working ok. I need Textbox2 to mirror what I choose from the dropdown in combobox2 and Textbox4 to mirror what I type in Textbox1.

Lastly I need to be able to write the values of Textbox1 and Textbox2 to the RefTables2 sheet, and the values of Textbox3 and Textbox4 to the Reftables3 sheet when I click on the Submit to Supplier List (Commandbutton3).

I have attached my file with the form so that it makes it a bit clearer as to what I want.

I am hoping someone can help me with this problem.

The code for the 'UserForm' form (frmSupplier) does not match the objects that are placed on the 'UserForm' ... : (
