if a cell contains a value then email to the corresponding cell

Hello Everybody,

in the first column is an email adress. In the second one is a value (date).

The goal is to write a VBA that would send an email with a text.
The code should prove if in the second column (F11:F99) is a value and by "True" should copy each corresponding value from the first column (D11:D99) into the .BCC field.

if this is posible, could someone help me?
