Combobox refreshing automatically

Hello,

I made the following table to make a multilevel dependent comboboxes. (Category, Subcategory and Item)
Now I want to create a userform, in which the user can add to this table. (Each of them separately).

How can the comboxes be refreshed automatically, with each new Cat/Sub-Cat?

Clear and repopulate the control as you do on form initialize
