Making Macro to run as Admin

Hi,
I am having issue with the below macro so plz have a look & help me for the same

when i run this macro it ask yes or No & if i click on yes then it does the process
but i need to automate this
i want this macro to run as administrator automatically
i dont have to click on yes for that

This what you write about are windows security settings, it has nothing to do with vbe in excel ...

So plz recorrect it Sir, i want to do this by vba
