Modify code to replace picture with new size and position.

Hi,
I have this code below where it removes "Picture 1" and instead it inserts another picture. My problem is that I tried to modify this code so that the new picture will have a new position and size but no success.
I want the new picture with this position and size:
Maintain AspectRatio
.Height = 60
.Top = Rows(1).Top
.Left = Columns(1).Left
