Dynamic dictionary entry

Im trying to copy cell values (earnings), in column B;
which are adjacent to cells with the value cases "Profit" or "Loss", in column A;
reference the earnings to the property numbers, in column E;
to paste them in a different sheet which summarizes all earnings

Im pretty lost as to how i d even start doing that so any hint would be pretty amazing

Been using this for something related but i dont know how i d go about implementing it in this case
