Data Validation List - Selective Display

Hello

I have a workbook that has two lists B2:B203 has Unit Numbers and C2:C203 has "Available" or "Sold" status in front of each unit.

I have created a drop down list showing Unit numbers in another worksheet using Data Validation.

I am wondering if there is a way to only display unit numbers that have "Available" in front of them in corresponding cell in column C in the Drop down list I have created in another worksheet.

I have "Unit Numbers" in column B and "Available" in column C. I want the drop down to only display "Unit Numbers" that have "available" in front of it in column C.
