FSO folder listing - ascending order - issue with special characters

I'm using this macro to list all sub-folders in a main folder. It uses the FSO method.

If a folder has special characters such as shown, there is a difference between the sequence in FSO and the sorting method in Excel.
I'm trying to use "WorksheetFunction.Match" later on but it requires "ascending order" as dictated by Excel sorting mthod, which is different to that in FSO.

Is there a way to resolve?

Can't you just sort the range at the end?
