copy & paste of the data (Macro Correction)

Hi,
Plz see the below macro & there is a slight change required in the macro
before pasting the data to wb1.Sheets(6) it should clear all the data first of wb1.Sheets(6) & then it should paste the data to wb1.Sheets(6)

Daves Sir, I know i have to put wb1.Sheets(6).cells.delete this Or wb1.Sheets(6).cells.clear this
But below which i line i have to put i am confused about that Sir
