Total Averages Based on Facility in VBA

I was given a task by my boss to complete, and as I am very inexperienced with VBA I was wondering the quickest way to go about it. I have a massive list of sales by facility that made those sales, and I would like to calculate the average monthly income for each facility. Obviously this is quite easy to do with pivot tables, but my business is asking for this process to be automated in vba to output the results to just a generic table. I'm thinking some kind of loop, but VBA may have other tricks I'm unaware of

EDIT: Forgot to include headers, the column with numbers is the number of the month the sale was made (1 - January, 2 - February, etc.)

    Could use some data...

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
