VBA to send email not using outlook

Hi

I am using the below code to send emails which currently uses outlook ,the trouble I am getting as I have to allow every email for this to work while I am at work (Antivirus potentially stopping it from going) as it works fine from home . I have attached the warning message I get

I seem to remember been able to send emails direct through excel via VBA but I am struggling to find the code

I have also attached a strip down version of the excel file
