How to loop through data and display on userform using label captions

Hello everyone
Having some trouble with the below code and I am hoping I can get some help. On Sheet1 I have some basic data (numbers and text). I want to display the data on a userform using label captions. The I have code will loop though the first row and display the headings only. How can I configure it to loop through the entire data set. And also, I’d like the number values to appear as currency, (ie. $10,500.00). I've attached the file for more clarity. Any assistance with this project is greatly appreciated.

i'm well aware that i could use a listbox, i don't want a listbox. thank you for your help.

the reason i didn't want a listbox is bc i already have two listbox on the form and wanted a different way to display data. this works perfectly. thank you again for your help.
