copy paste by vba macro if matches

[dumdumbum]

macro will be placed in macro.xlsm & alert.xlsx & book1.xlsx may be located anywhere so the path should be hardcoded in the macro so that i can change it as per my needs

If cells in column B of alert.xlsx matches with cells of column B of book1.xlsx then copy the column A data of book1.xlsx & paste it to column L of alert.xlsx
