vba, date&time update when data is deleted or edited

Hi

I used this code so that each time a new data is added the date and time would be added automatically.
Can someone please help me improve the code, so that if the data is deleted the date&time would be deleted as well. and When the data is edited the date&time would also change to when it was edited?

yeah maybe the code should be in the userform so that if the row is updated the date&time would be updated as well?
