Particular distribution of data to groups of 7 rows

I have a data sheet of over 6000 rows that extends over cols A-G
I need to distribute data to consecutive groups of 7. Attached example shows that Sheet original_list has been grouped in Sheet distributed as follows:

• the first group of 7 rows starts from cell A1

• the second group of 7 rows starts from cell A2

• etc.

• the last group of 7 rows starts from first cell of the 7th row from the bottom

Can I get some precious help with this question please?

Hope this helps.

In the attached file I created a new sheet with the name "Formula list".
This does the trick without VBA.

I also added the sheet "VBA list".

if you run the code it wil create the list in the sheet VBA list
