Restrict Save Save AS and Ctrl+S to PDF Format

I need to restrict users from saving the workbook in any other way except saving Sheet1 as a PDF.

I guess I would need a BeforeSave action that prevents all Saves except if SaveAs Shhet1 as a PDF is Chosen. A button could then be provided for the user that would print Sheet1 as PDF to their nominated path/folder.

The Filename would be the combination of Value in Range r_name and the Save Date dd/mm/yy.

Has any one got some vba code that could do this?
