Solving an Excel game with Solver

Hello everyone,
I have a game prepared in Excel. (A 5 * 5 game board, when clicking on each cell, the edge and neighbor cells change color, the goal is to make the whole board red.) This game can be solved manually, but is it possible to solve it with Solver (with a mathematical model) ?
If anyone has any knowledge or ideas, can you help?
