I was wondering if there was some VBA that would change the color of text in a textbox based off of a cells value. For the attached excel... If the D2 is = to "QN" I would like the text in the box to be black and if it is anything else I want it to be white.

Is that essentially the same as saying you only want to see some text if D2="QN"?
And if so do you really need a permanently visible TextBox. Why not a pop message box or a userform with some text.

Well I want it work for more values than just "QN" plus if the value is selected it needs to be viewed for longer periods of time so I would be fine with a permanently visible text box.
