Tick box that copy and paste data to other sheets

Hi Im new to excel, I am trying to create a table that has tickbox function.

I would like this tickbox to function in a way that if it is tick it would copy the text from located cells and transfer them to the other sheet.

every time I tick a box it would automatically transfer the information to other sheet at the bottom of the table to store data.
