Large dataset transpose with removing duplicates in specific columns

1. Blue colour fill is duplicate value. Can i retain all the unique values ( From start date to Late/Early Timings) if we remove duplicates & then do transpose ????

3. Start date are not in order !!!

2. Is this possible to change this data structures as per sample file (In yellow) attached OR something similar to that or other format ???
